DR. Bela Pandit
Bela Pandit has been in practice for 18 years in Chicago and is well known nationally for her expertise on practice management, technology, billing and coding, and aesthetics. Dr. Pandit started her practice cold right out of residency so you understands the struggles, goals, dreams and the reality of private practice. She opened a thriving med-spa five years into practice .
She is the current the chair of the practice management committee for ACFAS and the only podiatrist on the MACRA board for Medicare. She has a private practice externship for student rotations and teaches residents daily as well. She has lectured internationally and nationally including for ACFAS, AAPPM, Midwest Podiatry Conference, TMPA ( TN and TX. ), World Orthopedics and London’s Foot and Ankle Show . She is the first female podiatrist featured on the Podiatry Legends Podcast and featured in many national publications and television . She is a speaker and on the physician board for both Athena and Patient Pop and is a national researcher and speaker for Orthodermatologics/Bausch.
Dr. Pandit loves to support, advise and coach all physicians at any stage of their career to help achieve their personal dreams and achieve unimaginable success!
Dr. Maryellen Brucato
Dr. Brucato has had over ten years experience working, managing and owning a busy private practice. She first worked as an associate for one doctor where she built the practice up to five doctors and over 30 employees. Dr. Brucato was in charge of managing all the doctors and staff as well as bringing in new patients. After 6 years, she sought out a new location to break off from her business partner in Clifton, NJ where she built up the practice from almost nothing. She now has a thriving practice including two offices and loves teaching other podiatrists how to do it! She has helped almost 20 DPMS start their own practice and can certainly help you do it yourself.
Dr. Brucato did not have a wealthy family or trust account to back her business venture, so her style is scrappy and will teach you how to bootstrap your own new practice!
